Shipping & Returns

Thank you for supporting Vine and Branches Apparel. We are a small Christian apparel brand, and we want every order to be handled with care.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s address, package details, and selected carrier service.

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, printed, packed, and handed to the shipping carrier. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after the carrier receives the package and is separate from our processing time. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Vine and Branches Apparel is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@wearvineandbranches.com before sending the item back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wearvineandbranches.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
